THE CHALLENGE
SARA House is a child advocacy center that works very closely with neighboring law enforcement agencies on cases involving victims of sexual assault. They needed to implement an interview recording system that was easy for visiting law enforcement agencies to learn and use.
THE SOLUTION
The executive director of SARA House reached out to their local police department to see what they were using to record their interviews. The local police department had been using CaseCracker and suggested that SARA House implement the same system so that the cases they work on together will go very smoothly.
THE RESULTS
With CaseCracker installed both at SARA House and the local police department, the investigators follow the same interview recording process at both locations. Additionally, CaseCracker is so easy to use that anyone at SARA House can show a visiting investigator from any agency how to record and monitor an interview.
